What is the Tashkent Anti-Corruption Forum, and when and where will it take place?

The International Anti-Corruption Forum, also known as the III Tashkent Anti-Corruption Forum, is an event aimed at discussing the exchange of experience and expertise, including international anti-corruption and national standards, best practices and global trends. The Forum is held annually in the third quarter of the year in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

Who are the organizers and participants of the Forum?

  • The national organizers of the Forum are the National Anti-Corruption Council and the Anti-Corruption Agency of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
  • The international/foreign partners of the Forum are the UNO, UNDP, OSCE, OECD, the Bureau for International Drug Control and Law Enforcement, the NGO «Regional Dialogue» and others. • Anti-corruption bodies of foreign states, the leadership and representatives of state bodies and organizations, the diplomatic corps, civil society institutions and academic circles are also invited to the Forum.

What are the main objectives of the Forum?

The main goal is to create a Platform and platform for the exchange of experience in the implementation of international standards and the formation of national anti-corruption standards, as well as for the exchange of views between experts and practitioners on the latest trends in this area.

What is the format and structure of the Forum?

The Forum will be held offline in Tashkent with the possibility of online participation and live broadcast. It will include a plenary session and main sessions, as well as interactive sessions on various anti-corruption topics. The interactive sessions will be attended by both local and foreign experts, non-governmental organizations, and media representatives will also be invited.
